Move from prompting to workflows
A practical path for teams that want fewer demos and more operating leverage from AI.
Prompts are only the interface
Prompting is useful, but it is not the operating model. Teams create leverage when prompts become part of a workflow with owners, inputs, outputs, and review steps.
The workflow lens asks better questions:
- What starts the process?
- Which sources are trusted?
- What should the AI produce?
- Who reviews it?
- Where does the output live?
Keep humans in the review loop
The strongest systems make review easier instead of pretending review can disappear. AI can draft, compare, extract, summarize, and pressure-test. Humans still own judgment, relationship context, and accountability.
Ship one durable workflow at a time
Pick one repeated task with enough value to matter and enough structure to improve. Build the smallest version that can run twice, then improve it from evidence.
That is how teams move from interesting experiments to operating leverage.
